Our goal is to provide customers with a hassle-free online shopping experience.
We aim to give everyone, whatever their age, the best service possible and welcome feedback from our customers on all aspects of their shopping experience.
All our products are in stock ready to be dispatched immediately from our warehouse in Edenbridge, Kent.

We aim to dispatch your order the same day if it has been paid by 4 pm. If paid after 4 pm, it will be dispatched within the next working day. Our standard delivery service takes usually 2-5 working days. Add an extra 1-2 days to remote areas /excluding weekends and bank holidays/ to UK mainland addresses. In 80% of the cases, the order will be received within 1-2 working days. The express delivery service takes usually 1-2 working days to UK mainland addresses, add an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company.
Weekends and Bank holidays are non-working days and if your order has been dispatched on Friday by express service, it will be due for delivery on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification e-mail if you have provided an e-mail address.
We can dispatch orders to most European countries - for prices, please check each product.
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you should refuse delivery or declare it as damaged when signing, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the situation.
If for any reason you are not happy with your choice, please contact us to register a return.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging and original re-saleable condition. Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
Before to return an item, whatever the reason, please contact us first via e-mail email@example.com to obtain a reference number. Without such, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Trade Descriptions Act
We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions of goods are accurate. Variations in colour and design may occur, especially with painted products. Sizes are approximate.
We carefully source our products from quality suppliers; our toys comply with European Toy Safety standards and carry the CE mark.
Many of the toys carry the logo, ‘not recommended for children under 3’ as they will contain small parts, you may be happy to give them to a younger child under parental supervision. All other age recommendations are suggested, they are for guidance only, for more help, please contact us.
